exercise
It's been so long since I even wrote in my blog I didn't remember what I called it. Silly huh. It's still a zoo in the morning. Now all the kids are older and out of school, I even have one more kid. Joseph. What a cutie. Anyway, the kids are allhome from school for the summer and I have got to stay sane. We don't stay home. We still get up at seven. We eat breakfast together and read scriptures and then it's off to the gym. Of course it take a little while to get to that point with trying to get everyone ready to go. We now have chickens and they have to be fed too. Sometimes they wait until lunch time. Poor things. Anyway I have to go to the gym and get some exercise in so I don't go crazy. No, the real reason is so I don't get fat. If I am lazy for no good reason once I give myself a good reason to be lazy again. I know I will too, so I've got to be strong in my resolve. Also, I really do think it keeps me from going crazy. I am happier with those endorphins pumping, I feel better, more energy. I feel less lazy, because I can end up sitting quite a lot during the day. Like now, sitting at my computer I know I'm not burning many calories. There is another reason I exercise. Sometimes I feel this little flutter in my chest, and no, it's not because Matt just walked by (he has such a nice backside). It worries me sometimes, and yes, I have talked to my doctor about it. She says that unless it happens enough that I think I could get it recorded there doesn't seem to be much they can do. It doesn't happen very often. Anyway, since the exercise has started the flutters have slowed quite a bit. I want my heart heathy. I plan on being around a long time. I want to be healthy and happy and hard work does it for you. I better get off this thing. I'm getting addicted.
